Train as east europeans do: Russian twist


   Hey everyone,

    Today I would like to talk about training exercises. It doesn’t mean that I will stop talking about healthy food but today I just decided to give you an advice how to train your abs. Since I am from Ukraine I decided to give you an advice how to make good abs with Russian twist.

   It is for sure a very easy exercise that can be done almost anywhere and anytime. Technically you don’t need anything in order to make but I still recommend to train on a mat and use a ball during the exercise.

  You should start the exercise in the seating position and keep your knees bended while your feet are flat.  Later, you lean back a bit with a strong straight back and get into a comfortable for you position while your abs muscles are contracted. Later, you stretch your arms out in front of you and start twisting the torso from one side to an another one. 

  If you feel that you want more intensity you can tap the floor to the right of your hip and later the same with the left side. For more intensity, as I advised you can use a ball in your hands during twisting or lift your feet off the floor during the exercise.
