Today I would like to talk a bit about carrots and main reasons why we all should consume carrots.

Among other benefits that are often overlooked we can enumerate better skin, powerful antiseptic, heart disease, body cleansing and stroke prevention properties. It should be mentioned that vitamin A and antioxidants protect skin from sun damage. Vitamin A prevents premature wrinkling, acne, blemishes, dry skin and uneven skin tone. Carrots can be also used as a facial mask. They are also known for infection prevention abilities and used often by herbalists. Carrots are used on cuts either in shredded raw form or boiled and mashed. Those veggies also lower risk of heart disease and cholesterol levels. Additionally, vitamin A available in carrots helps the liver to flush out the toxins from the body. Lastly, according to recent studies, people who eat more than six carrots per week are less prone to suffer from stroke than those that eat only one carrot per month or less.
Overall, carrots are a very valuable asset for our nutrition since they are able to improve our vision, have cancer, heart disease, stroke prevention, anti-aging, better skin, body cleansing properties and can serve even as a powerful antiseptic.
