  Green tea is a drink rich in antioxidants which contains caffeine, theobromine, saponins, theoppylline, vitamins and epigallocatechin. All those elements are great for our bodies. Of course if they are found in moderation. Green tea is a rich source of antioxidants containing ten times more of them that those found in fruits and vegetables.
