Why do we need to exercise?


Hey there,

There is always a question somewhere in the air “Why do I need to exercise?”. There may be simple answers like “To feel healthier”, “To be in shape” and so on. However, I want you to know the answer of Mr. Michael R. Bracko, chairman of the American College of Sports Medicine’s Consumer Information Committe. His answer is important to us because he has done a very detailed research on this question. And he definitely knows it 100%. Consequently, according to him if we exercise we not only 1. lose weight but 2. look more toned and trim, 3. prevent and reverse depression, 4. help our body with many diseases like arthritis and 5. prevent different forms of cancer. In addition to this we 6. can cure heart diseases.

So why do we need to give up exercising??
